our mission

Mission Statement

The Ukrainian Relief Project is a grassroots effort to provide immediate help in the forms of financial aid to individuals and families, and medical supplies to hospitals in need to support the wounded soldiers and civilians affected by the aftermath of war.

Although the timeframe of the war is unknown, we believe over the next 3-5 years assistance will be needed to help Ukrainians rebuild their lives especially those who have sustained physical injury.

About us

Volodymyr and Andy Skrypka have extensive experience working in Ukraine. Through a non-profit organization they founded called the Ukrainian Diabetes Project (UDP) they have been helping children with diabetes by shipping diabetes supplies to Ukraine for over 30 years. The UDP has established affiliates at work in Ukraine to receive and distribute the diabetes supplies that are sent to Ukraine.

They are now inspired to help survivors from the aftermath of this tragic war using resources and partnerships they’ve developed over the years.

Now they have been contacted by hospitals with a list of medical supplies needed, by Ukrainians directly hit by the bombing, people out of work and in need of financial assistance.

They have been contacted by Americans wanting to provide financial support to an organization they can trust. And now they can. With the newly established Ukrainian Relief Project financial aid can now be directly sent to those in need. Please consider donating.
